Texas Local Gov't Forcefully Overthrows Paul Delegates!
Mr. Bertuzzi claims that he avoided a 'party takeover' by unruly Ron Paul supporters, but a recently released audio tape of the event clearly shows otherwise. As a blatant violation of convention rules is underway by the Chairperson, many delegates can be heard rising to voice objections with no avail until a local man, Paul Hunt , is escorted out by the Sergeant at Arms.."

DOD showing their true self
The bulk of the crimes involved were burglaries, other thefts, and drug offenses, but nine involved sex crimes and six involved manslaughter or vehicular homicide convictions. Several dozen Army and Marine recruits had aggravated assault or robbery convictions, including incidents involving weapons.
Lawsuit: Veterans Affairs has failed to prevent suicides
An average of 18 military veterans kill themselves each day, and five of them are under VA care when they commit suicide, according to a December e-mail between top VA officials that was filed as part of the federal lawsuit.

Coalition building against Real ID is MUCH easier if you approach the problem as a whole, to include the theological and religious angles with legislators. You will discover some have introduced legislation to DISconnect the SSN from such things as state licenses of various types. These issues are indeed MARRIED, and building a coalition of law-makers who are likely to be sympathetic toward the 'religious liberty' angle is one more excellent strategy in our campaigns. When you browse the biographies of legislators, you will find MANY of them are 'deacons' in assorted churches, or have other leadership titles connected to their faith background. I have not found a single member of ANY legislature who has not heard about the 'mark of the beast' and similar prophetic scenarios. It is up to US to show them how some theologies see the walls closing in on them because of the SSN/Real ID & World Order missions.
To get a handle on the implications of Real ID combined with the OVERUSE of the SSN in our national 'identity crisis,' you should also familiarize yourself with this article: http://www.amishnews.com/amisharticles/amishss.htm You will discover that the 'Old Order Amish' have been 'exempted' from SSN’s since the battle in the courts in the 1950's!
Now – not all of us are ready to take the deep faith walk of separatism from society required to be totally divorced from our SSN’s, etc. (but some are!). Regardless, if you are an activist on Real ID, you should at least be familiar with the subject matter. It equips you MUCH better to approach preachers, legislators with faith, and people in church parking lots. (As you begin learning about this angle, you may also begin seeing the picture more clearly on a PERSONAL level. If so, it behooves our network to help strengthen each other for the battles ahead!)
Tonight we are going to drill down on these specifics, and learn how to apply them in our contacts in state capitols (and perhaps in our lives)! At some point in the future, it would be nice to have Mr. Miller (the author of the first piece) on with us. For tonight it is uncertain if we will have any guest speakers. See you there!
Virginia is running away with top "activist" honors for this week. They are planning a full on RALLY in Richmond -- so we will get an update on their progress, along with other Mid-Atlantic developments from our team leaders in each state.

This week we are honored to have as our primary speaker Dr.
Anyone who follows either monetary or 2nd Amendment issues knows that the name
Some time back, Dr. Vieira drafted a piece of model legislation to put into practice Article I § 10 of the US Constitution. This is a dynamic notion, and well ahead of its time. Now, however, with such turbo-charged state leadership teams as our movement has, and with our ever-growing presence in state capitols around the nation, THE TIME HAS COME to begin training our state legislators on this subject.
Imagine, if you can, the prospect of EVERY TRANSACTION involving a State to be compelled in constitutional money! Silver and gold would IMMEDIATELY begin flowing TOWARD that state, creating enormous wealth and prosperity for both the State and the people. In a time when economic disaster looms on the horizon, we must now begin working on the re-establishment of a SOU

STATE COORDINATORS WILL NOT WANT TO MISS THIS CALL!
If you watched America: Freedom to Fascism, you will remember Dr. Vieira sitting on a sofa, speaking about the Federal Reserve, and our need to return to hard money. Not just a whimsical idea, our team NOW HAS THE LEGISLATIVE MODEL NEEDED TO MAKE THIS A REALITY THROUGH THE SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY A

Also JUST IN is the draft of our 'paper ballot' packet. This will be available shortly! (More on it next week.)
To give you a brief of what to expect on THIS call, and to prepare your mind to be at the level needed to actively participate in the discussion, attached is a monograph Dr. Vieira wrote several years ago entitled 'The Constitutional Authority of the States and the President to Intervene on Behalf of Sound Money.' The last pages are the model legislation (which is also available on the 'Legislative' page of www.nvcca.net ).
We are also working to bring to this call some activists from the State of
This is going to be another outstanding learning experience for all involved.
Because of the nature of this call, we will be limiting questions directed to Dr. Vieira to only those people who are state coordinators for RTR/

Elite Criminality Enabled by the DOD?
getting million dollar contracts from the DOD

Doesn’t this smell of a “business as usual for

Supplier Under Scrutiny on Arms for Afghans
excerpt summary:
'
This week, after repeated inquiries about AEY’s performance by The Times, the Army suspended the company from any future federal contracting, citing shipments of Chinese ammunition and claiming that Mr. Diveroli misled the Army by saying the munitions were Hungarian.
As part of the suspension, neither Mr. Diveroli nor his company can bid on any further federal work until the Army’s allegations are resolved. But he will be allowed to provide ammunition already on order under the Afghan contract, according to internal military correspondence
Public records show that AEY’s contracts since 2004 have potentially been worth more than a third of a billion dollars. Mr. Diveroli set the value higher: he claimed to do $200 million in business each year.
Several military officers and government officials, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the investigations, questioned how Mr. Diveroli, and a small group of men principally in their 20s and without extensive military or procurement experiences, landed so much vital government work.
“A lot of us are asking the question,” said a senior State Department official. “How did this guy get all this business?”
To be accepted, the company had to be, in Army parlance, “a responsible contractor,” which required an examination of its financial soundness, transport capabilities, past performance and compliance with the law and government contracting regulations.
Both the Army and AEY have treated the sources of the ammunition the company purchases as confidential matters, declining to say how and where the company obtained it, the prices paid or the quantities delivered.
But records provided by an official concerned about the company’s performance, a whistle-blower in the Balkans and an arms-trafficking researcher in Europe, as well as interviews with several people who work in state arsenals in Europe, show that AEY shopped from stocks in the old Eastern bloc, including Albania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Romania and Slovakia.
Some arsenals contain ammunition regarded in munitions circles as high quality. Others are scrap heaps of abandoned Soviet arms.
The Army’s contract did little to distinguish between the two.
NATO rules require ammunition to be tested methodically over its life.
The Soviet Union, which designed the ammunition that AEY bought, developed similar tests, which are still in use. But when the Army wrote its Afghan contract, it did not enforce either NATO or Russian standards.
It told bidders only that the munitions must be “serviceable and issuable to all units without qualification.”
